As part of our 10-week tour of Scotland, we spent five nights at 21 Ivorhill on the Western Isles. This property was the perfect base for exploring Lewis and Harris, with a short, 5-minute drive into town. The hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the fresh flowers and welcome gift of chocolates and wine added a lovely touch. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
100% Recommend this hotel.

Always choose this place. No regrets. Staff returned my forgotten shower bag. Fits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, parking. Electric kettle, flat-screen TV. VIP check-in/out. Fitness centre. Hiking, canoeing, fishing, windsurfing. Golf, tennis, bowling, squash. Board games. No smoking. Coming back for Easter.

the communication with the owner was excellent, as they promptly answered any questions I had via email. the instructions provided on how to find the place and enter the property were clear, and there was even an instruction manual available. I was pleased to find a thoughtful welcome gift of wine and chocolates upon arrival, which was a lovely gesture. I highly recommend the 21 Ivorhill Villa for its convenience as a touring base and its comfortable amenities. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊.

We had an amazing romantic escape! the rooms had beautiful views of the river and the central location was perfect, with a grocery store and fantastic restaurants nearby. the self check-in process was convenient and we were pleasantly surprised with a delightful welcome basket filled with snacks and prosecco. the modern design and cleanliness of the property made us feel right at home. Plus, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and microwave.
If we had to be picky, the heavy doors in each room slammed shut rather loudly and the decor was a bit peculiar with chandeliers that had light bulbs directly in sight. it would have been nice to have a towel rack in the bathroom to hang our towels.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The self check-in was convenient and I was pleasantly surprised with a basket of snacks and prosecco upon arrival. The place was incredibly clean and had a modern design. It kept me warm during my December stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, and freezer. James was quick to respond to any questions and I really appreciated the option for a late check-out. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center and there's a fantastic bakery just a 5-minute walk away.

The room at 21 Ivorhill was cozy and inviting, with a touch of rustic charm. I instantly felt at home with the warm and comfortable ambiance. The bathroom with the shower and washing machine was a convenient addition, perfect for a traveler like me who likes to pack light. It made my stay much more convenient!
The only slight downside was the hairdryer in the other bathroom, it wasn't the best. But hey, it's just my opinion, some people might still find it absolutely fine!
